William Casey, CIA Director 1981-1987

“We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false.”

Did you get that ? What lawful we the people government would ever consider its mark of success fulfilled when every member of those that it supposed to serve believes in lies and falsehoods! The answer is of course - NO LEGITIMATE Government would ever wish such a thing. Only one that is at war with its people would wish for such a thing.

What you will realize as you read on here is that the UNITED STATES is not an American government but an imposter foreign Occupying corporation masquerading as a we the people government and this has been the case since the 1860's.

Before we get in to proof of the coup of the Organic The United States of America and the United States lets look at the timeline for the particular period in our history when these crimes occurred. It is this authors opinion that the period between 1860 on the Organic The United States of America Government an the Organic United States was legally invalidated for Lincoln came in to Office in violation of the 13th Amendment which in fact made him guilty of sedition and treason for taking office which also voided his American citizenship per TONA shown here: T. O. N. A. >>

Every Act between Lincoln coming to office and every one enacted since is layered on a foundation of fraud! The foundation can not stand up and is voided by FRAUD. See Fraud cites below.

The fact that the imposted UNITED STATES deceptively copied the Organic constitution and then dumped Amendment XIII  - Titles of Nobility Act is the smoking gun for UNITED STATES Administrators to coup the nation of blatant and obvious deceit.

These acts can not be misinterpreted - UNITED STATES was established to deceive the American people - period. It has deceived and use the American people since, however fraud is fraud. It may have taken some time for this fraud to absolutely understood and detected but its impact and effect is inevitable! FRAUD vitiates all acts, treaties and contracts! It is as if what happened between the act and the present never happened at all!

On deeper investigation every act post TONA in 1819 if influenced by a third party vote, by a party operating in violation of TONA is legally invalid.

What this further spells out is that Americans have been misdirecting their energy toward a 'defecto' de facto foreign corporation that has been stealing our labor, lives, property, children, names, estates, states to fund a global war against all other sovereign nations, including our Free and Independent fifty Nation states in order to create a New World Order slave planet.

What is obvious from these realities is that the America people need to exodus DC UNITED STATES Corp that captured our energy through fraud and we need to go back to land of our birth standing as private state nationals - private American nationals!

  • Morrison v. Coddington, 662 P. 2d. 155, 135 Ariz. 480 (1983): Fraud and deceit may arise from silence where there is a duty to speak the truth, as well as from speaking an untruth. Norman v. Zieber, 3 Or at 202-03: It is interesting to note the repeated references to fraud in the above quotes. Therefore the meaning of fraud should be noted: Fraud. An intentional perversion of truth for the purpose of inducing another in reliance upon it to part with some valuable thing belonging to him or to surrender a legal right. A false representation of a matter of fact… which deceives and is intended to deceive another so that he shall act upon it to his legal injury. … It consists of some deceitful practice or willful device, resorted to with intent to deprive another of his right, or in some manner to do him injury… (Emphasis added) –Black’s Law Dictionary Fifth Edition, page 594. Then take into account the case of McNally v. U.S., 483 U.S. 350, 371-372, Quoting U.S. v Holzer, 816 F.2d. 304, 307 Fraud in its elementary common law sense of deceit… includes the deliberate concealment of material information in a setting of fiduciary obligation. A public official is a fiduciary toward the public,… and if he deliberately conceals material information from them he is guilty of fraud.

Abraham Lincoln is Nominated President, Lincoln's election for President was followed by South Carolina's succession from the Union. Its senators had resigned from Congress and several of the Southern states were looking to leaving it as well. With Lincoln not inaugurated there was little he could do, and it was only a matter of time before the Confederate States united.
It should be noted that Lincoln was a member of the Illinois BAR and ineligible for office per TONA. The fact is - for this reason his Presidency was completely illegal for the BAR is a Franchise of the Crown BAR aka the European BAR Union and managed by the same entity that Americans fought in the War of independence the Crown Corporation of London.
It should also be noted that the couped congress between 1865 and 1868 created De facto 13th and 14th Amendments to the Original Constitution ignoring the already standing 13th consutution which further evidences this was a ROGUE illegitimate congress making up these UNLAWFUL Acts which in hindsight we can now see they were making way for the De facto congress that was created under the Act of 1871.
This is further evidenced here:

Henry Repeating Rifle, Benjamin Henry perfects the Henry rifle which was manufactured by the New Haven Arms Company, and used in considerable numbers by certain Union army units in the American Civil War. Confederates called the Henry "that damned Yankee rifle that they load on Sunday and shoot all week!"

The Pony Express, The 'Pony Express' mail service used horseback riders in 157 Pony Express relay stations across the prairies, plains, deserts, and mountains of the Western United States to deliver messages between the Atlantic and Pacific coasts in about ten days. After only 1 year, in March 1861 after suffering large losses and not gaining the mail contract The Pony Express Company ceased trading.

South Carolina Secedes from the Union, South Carolina was the first state to vote to secede from the Union and was the founding state of the Confederate States of America.

The Beginning of the Civil War, The Confederate States of America were formed by South Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Texas, and joined by Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas and North Carolina, and it was the Confederacy's attack on Fort Sumter (on April 12th) that starts the Civil War. The Kansas Free-Staters had prevailed, and Kansas had joined the Union on January 9th. The C.S.S's capital was in Montgomery, Alabama before being replaced by Richmond, Virginia. Its flag was the Stars and Bars. South Carolina had ceded from the Union on December 20th, 1860. A sceptic of how well the northern States would treat freed slaves was George Fitzhugh, who had negated the North's ability to treat the slaves well 'because the master allows the slave to retain a larger share of the results of his own labor, than do the employers of free labor.'  Everything we have been told about the civil law - like everything else - was given to us by revisionists! Everything we have been given on investigation is a lie. This presentation does well to provide the truth about this period:

First United States Income Tax, The first United States income tax was imposed in July 1861, at 3% of all incomes over 800 dollars in order to help pay for the war effort in the American Civil War.  IDP note - lets note that Lincoln was in Office illegally in violation of TONA which was an act of Sedition and Treason. See here for more: T. O. N. A. >>

Union Blockades Confederate Ports, The Union Navy maintained blockades on Atlantic and Gulf Coast ports of the Confederate States of America designed to prevent the passage of trade goods, supplies, and arms to and from the Confederacy.

Stonewall Jackson, During the First Battle Of Bull Run during the Civil War, a Confederate General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson gained his nickname Stonewall because his brigade under his leadership refused to relinquish ground even though the "Stonewall Brigade" suffered more casualties than any other Southern brigade that day.

Signs of War in Europe, Otto von Bismarck returns to Berlin as Wilhelm I's prime minister. His aim is to unite the German states into a single state under Prussia. Austria and Prussia's rivalry was ongoing, but it was Prussia's growing industry that enabled it to lead the path to German unity. It was Bismarck, in his position as 'Iron Chancellor' that led to the annexation of Schleswig-Holstein, and incorporation of Westphalia and Alsace-Lorraine.

Virginia is Divided Into Two, With Western Virginia going to the Union and driving out its Confederate soldiers, the state of Virginia becomes two separate states. General McClellan tells Abraham Lincoln that the West Virginians were not in support of the Ordinance of Secession.

Civil War/Battle of Shiloh, There are a large number of casualties on both sides of the Battle of Shiloh in Tennessee. Both the Confederacy (commanded by Generals Johnston and Beauregard) and the Union (commanded by Ulysses S. Grant) claim victory despite the losses.

Gatling Gun, Richard Gatling's Gatling Gun appears this year, and initially uses a single barrel and a paper cartridge.

Union Takes Control Of New Orleans, Captain David G. Farragut takes control of the port of New Orleans during the Civil War.

The Homestead Act, President Abraham Lincoln signs into law the original Homestead Act on May 20th . The Homestead Act gave an applicant freehold title to up to 160 acres (1/4 section, 65 hectares) of undeveloped federal land outside the original 13 colonies. The law required three steps: file an application, improve the land, and file for deed of title. Anyone who had never taken up arms against the U.S. government, including freed slaves, could file an application and evidence of improvements to a federal land office. Homesteading laws and rules changed over the years but was discontinued (Except In Alaska) more than 100 years after the first act in 1976.

The Second Battle Of Bull Run Manassas, Virginia, The Second Battle of Bull Run resulted in a resounding victory for Confederate Forces led by Maj. Gen. Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson and Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee forcing Union Forces under Gen. John Pope to retreat to Washington DC.

The Battle of Antietam near Sharpsburg, Maryland, The Battle of Antietam near Sharpsburg, Maryland, resulted in a win for the Union but the battle is the bloodiest single day in the civil war with the Union suffering 12,401 casualties with 2,108 dead and Confederate casualties 10,318 with 1,546 dead. More Americans died on September 17, 1862, than on any other day in the nation's military history.

The Emancipation Proclamation, The Emancipation Proclamation was made by Abraham Lincoln on January 1st. It freed all Confederate slaves, and had followed from the statements he made after 1862's Battle of Antietam. He was not able to declare from within the boundaries of Confederate states, but from the battle lines of the conflicting armies as the commander-in-chief. It allowed the Union to recruit black soldiers (and succeeded in over 180,000 of them joining).

The Battle of Gettysburg, The Battle of Gettysburg was an important battle in the war, with Lee's invasion of a northern state (from Maryland to Pennsylvania). Some 23,000 Union soldiers and over 20,000 Confederate soldiers were killed by the end of the third day. This was where Lincoln made his Gettysburg Address (on November 19th).

The Union Uses African-American Troops, The United States War Department issued General Order Number 143 on May 22, 1863, establishing a "Bureau of Colored Troops" to facilitate the recruitment of African-American soldiers to fight for the Union Army. By the end of the civil war, about 178,000 free blacks and freed slaves served in the army.

Congress Passes First Conscription Act, The act stated that men aged between 20 and 45 were required to register for service, but the law favored the rich because for $300.00 you could hire a substitute to fight in your place therefore avoiding going to war.

New York Riots Due To Conscription Act, Resistance to the draft touched off the New York Draft Riots in July 1863 by poor immigrant laborers.

First Underground Railway, The First underground railway between Paddington Station and Farringdon Street via King's Cross "The Metropolitan Railway" is completed in London, England, now part of The London Underground.

First Use Of Submarine In Warfare, A Confederate submarine, the Hunley, is the first submarine to torpedo an enemy vessel. It sank three times (which included the death of its inventor, Horace Hunley) before deployment against a Union blockade of Charleston, South Carolina. It sank (with all nine crew) shortly after its attack on the sloop Housatonic.

Ulysses S. Grant, This was the year that Ulysses S. Grant was made commander of all Union Forces (a position in which he served until 1865).

Battle Of Cold Harbor, Virginia, Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee defeats Union Lt. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant in one of American history's bloodiest battles.

IDP NOTE - The BAR Agents hid evidence of the Original 13th Amendment of the Original Organic Constitution. They then created the imposter XIII as give below. The fact though is it has been proven beyond any doubt that the Original Amendment was passed and is law of the land of America! The Corporate Constitution should be considered as the CORPORATE Con of the DC UNITED STATES Corp. - not for the The United States of America.

The End of the Civil War, The Appomattox campaign of 1865 took place in March to April, and was made up of numerous engagements in Virginia. The number of dead was never particularly high in any particular encounter, but resulted in a war of attrition, and the surrounding of the Confederate forces (in which Lee said that it was 'a mere question of time' in resolution). Robert E. Lee's surrender of the Confederate army at Appomattox courthouse to Ulysses S. Grant on April 9th was the end of the war.

Abraham Lincoln Assassinated, It was on April 14th that President Lincoln was shot and mortally wounded by John Wilkes Booth while attending the comedy "Our American Cousin" at Ford's Theater in Washington, D.C. He died the next day.

Stetson Hats, John B. Stetson set up a new factory in the outskirts of Philadelphia to handle manufacturing his Cowboy "Boss of the Plains” hats. A Stetson hat was "flat-brimmed, had a straight sided crown, with rounded corners", Cowboy hats have not changed much in more than 100 years. By 1886 , Stetson's hat company was the largest in the world, and had mechanized the hat-making industry.

The Thirteenth Amendment Ratified, The Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution officially abolished and continues to prohibit slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime.
IDP Note: This evidences that the plan was already set to create a De Facto Corporate Charter that would ignore Title of Nobility Act enacted as law of the land in 1819. There is no escaping this was law and that this fraudulent 13th Amendment was an admission of fraud evidences Treason and Sedition.  The TONA section on this site evidences outright proof that TONA was law of the land! The couped congress copied the original de jure constitution and created the De facto United States Corp under the Act of 1871. They reproduced the original Constitution missing out the 13th Amendment and changing several key words. This history is in fact much more complicated and explained here by AVR:http://www.annavonreitz.com/sovereignsplayed.pdf
Since there already was an Existing 13th Amendment we can clearly see this act was also an act of fraud! That the intentions behind this Act were not what the people thought they were for the later intention was to enslave EVERYONE under a Babylonian Debt Slavery System.

Ku Klux Klan Formed, A group of Confederate veterans convenes to form the secret society the "Ku Klux Klan with help of Democrats.

New York Stock Exchange, The New York Stock Exchange opens its first permanent headquarters at 10-12 Broad near Wall Street in New York, Currently the exchange is located at 11 Wall Street, Lower Manhattan, New York

The Austro-Prussian War, This war was fought between Prussia and Austria, Hanover, Bavaria and Saxony. Its conclusive battle was at Königggratz in Bohemia on July 3rd, when the Prussian army beat the Austrian and Saxon ones. Even the Italians were involved in an attack on Austria's southern flank. The campaign was planned by Otto von Bismarck, with the intent of unifying Germany. It was also seen as the means of negating the Habsburg's influence on the German states. The war concluded with the Treaty of Prague (on August 23rd), which had assigned Schleswig to Prussia and created Schleswig-Holstein.

Reconstruction Following Civil War, Congress removed the civilian governments in the South in 1867 and put the former Confederacy under the rule of the U.S. Army. The army then conducted new elections in which the freed slaves could vote while those who held leading positions under the Confederacy were denied the vote and could not run for office.

Jesse James, Jesse and his brother Frank James, who were Confederate guerrillas during the Civil War, turn to crime when they create the James-Younger Gang. Their first robbery is the first daylight armed bank robbery in the United States in peacetime of the Clay County Savings Association in the town of Liberty, Missouri, on February 13, 1866.

Indian Wars Continue, Red Cloud (Sioux Tribe) leads his tribe into battle against white settlers in Montana and Wyoming on the Bozeman Trail. The Snake (Northern Paiute Tribe) attack settlers and miners in Oregon and Idaho. These attacks continued for two years until the Army forced the tribes back to reservations.

Dynamite, Alfred Nobel a Swedish chemist, engineer and armaments manufacturer discovers that when when nitroglycerin was mixed with kieselguhr powder it became safer and more convenient to handle, he called his invention Dynamite. Some years later a French newspaper published his obituary stating "The Merchant of Death Is Dead", the first line said "Dr Alfred Nobel who became rich by finding ways of killing more people faster than ever before has died". Nobel was shocked when he read the obituary and decided he did not want to be remembered that way following his death, When he died in  1896 he set aside $9 million dollars to set up the Nobel Prizes awarded in recognition of cultural and scientific advances.

Alaska Purchased From Russia, The northwestern tip of the North American continent is purchased from Russia by America. Its 586,412 square miles were negotiated for by Andrew Johnson's Secretary of State, William Seward, and was unpopular with the press: who had called it 'Seward's Icebox' among other things. The purchase was to have difficult passage through both the Senate and House of Representatives. The purchase of Alaska from Russia for $7.2 million meant the US was paying roughly two cents per acre of land.

The Fourteenth Amendment To The Constitution, Section 1 of the Amendment was able to overrule 1857's Dred Scott Decision (in the Supreme Court) to deny citizenship to slaves. It states that all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction of thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State in which they reside. Section 4 had gone on to prevent claims for the loss or emancipation of slaves.

Ulysses S. Grant as President, At the age of 46, Ulysses S. Grant was the youngest man to have served as President. His lack of political experience did not make him an unpopular President, and he won reelection by a large margin, but his second term was plagued by scandal and intrigue. His allowance of an amnesty for Confederate officers was not as approbatory as his support of black civil rights. His appointment of a Native American as the commissioner for Indian Affairs was also looked at favorably (and the appointee had also been one of his staff officers).

Wyoming Gives Women The Vote, Wyoming becomes the first state to enfranchise women, and goes on to put the right into its  1889 constitution.

Martial law remained in effect after the Civil War

Further proof that martial law remained in effect after the Civil War can be found in the "Congressional Globe" (now called the "Congressional Record"). The following are excerpts from the April 20th through 29th, 1870 "Congressional Globe" concerning H.R. 1328 which established the Department of Justice to CONTINUE TO CARRY OUT MARTIAL LAW nearly five years after the end of the Civil War:

"The following bureaus shall be established in this department [the Department of Justice]:

a Bureau of International Law,

a Bureau of Revenue Law,

a Bureau of Military and Naval Law,

a Bureau of Postal Law, a Bureau of Land Management Law.

"Congressman Lawrence then said in the record:

“This Bill, however, does transfer to the Law Department, or the Department of Justice as it is now called, the cognizance of all subjects of martial law, and the cognizance of all subjects of military and naval law, except that portion of the administration of military justice which relates to military court martial, their proceedings, and the supervision of records.

”If a question of martial law is to be determined by the law officers of government, it will now belong to the Attorney General, or to this Department of Justice. It will not belong to the Judge Advocate General of the Army. He will not be called upon for any opinion relating to martial law or military law except as to that portion of the administration of military law which relates to military justice.

"In other words, the Judge Advocate General, instead of giving legal opinions to the Secretary of War relating to the status of the states of the union, their right to call upon the government for military protection, or military aid, and other grave Constitutional questions, will be limited. The Judge Advocate General will perform duties administrative in their character and almost exclusively so.

"But I will state to the House why, in my judgment, no transfer of the Judge Advocate General or of his duties to the Department of Justice has been proposed in this Bill. If this had been done, the Bill would have encountered the opposition of some of the officers of the Bureau of Military Justice and their friends, and so great is the power of men in office, so difficult is it to abolish an office, that we were compelled in the consideration of this subject to leave officers in this Bureau untouched in their official tenure in order that this Bill might get through Congress.

"But so far as the Solicitor and Naval Judge Advocate General is concerned, he is transferred with all his supervisory power over naval court partials and the records and proceedings of such courts, so that to that extent, this Bill accomplishes the great purpose which it has in view of bringing into one department the whole legal service of the government. It is misfortunate that there should be different constructions of the laws of the United States by different law officers of the United States."

WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT: These traitors knew they would have encountered opposition from the military with the provisions of H.R. 1328, so they decided to leave the military officers untouched during their tenure, and transfer them to supervisory positions over court partials. This appeased the military leaders, who didn't have the foggiest idea as to what was really going on.

Had the traitors fleeced the military of all their powers during their tenure in office, the military would have realized and possibly taken some military action. But as nothing was happening at the hen house, they slept through this entire situation which resulted in an overthrow of the Constitution -- an overthrow under which government pretended to operate in 1933, and under which it continues to pretend to operate today.

The traitors were now faced with a very serious problem, namely, what to do with the powers of the Office of the Judge Advocate General when their tenure in office expired. And they solved this dilemma by adding the following amendments, detailed in that same "Congressional Globe":

Congressman Jenks: I move to amend Section 3 by inserting the word "naval" before the words "Judge Advocate General". The amendment was agreed to and later Congressman Finkelburg stated:

I would suggest the propriety of amending the third section of this Bill by inserting after the words "the Naval Solicitor and Naval Judge Advocate General" the words "who shall hereafter be known as Naval Solicitor".

Mr. Jenks: I have no objection to that amendment. This amendment was also agreed to, and the Office of the Judge Advocate General became known as the Naval Solicitor.

Thus, when the existing tenure was over, the new office would have a different set of rules and regulations so that the Bill accomplished the great purpose which it had in view of bringing into one department the whole legal service of the government without the power of the Office of the Judge Advocate General getting in their way. This was a necessary step to bring the President into the position of dictator over America.

But they had one other problem facing them, namely, DIRECT ACCESS to the Treasury for the Department of Justice without interference. They accomplished this by the following three sections of the Bill:

"...The Eighth Section provides that the Attorney General is hereby empowered to make all necessary rules and regulations for the government....

"...The Eleventh Section provides that all monies hereafter drawn out of the Treasury upon requisition of the Attorney General shall be dispersed by such one of the clerks herein provided for the Attorney General as he may designate, and so much of the First Section of the Act, making appropriations, past March 3rd, 1859, as provides that money drawn out of the Treasury upon requisition of the Attorney General shall be dispersed by such dispersing officer as the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby repealed...."

"...The Fifteenth Section provides that the supervisory powers now exercised by the Secretary of the Interior over the accounts of the district attorneys, marshals, clerks, and other officers of the courts of the United States, shall be exercised by the Attorney General....

" It is important here to remember that under the Trading with the Enemy Act, the District Courts of the United States are: "

"...hereby given jurisdiction to make and enter all such rules as to notice and otherwise and all such orders and decrees and to issue such process as may be necessary and proper in the premises to enforce the provisions of this Act."

It is here that we find out that the district attorneys, marshals, clerks and other officers of the courts are under the Department of Justice.

That seems an obvious statement, given the state of the nation today. But the REAL PROBLEM -- given the broad scope of powers granted the District Courts under the Trading with the Enemy Act -- is that the Department of Justice is *NOT* a part of the Judicial Branch of Government!

According to Section 101 of Title 5 of the United States Code, the Department of State, the Department of Treasury, the Department of Defense, the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, the Department of the Interior, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Energy, the Department of Education, and the Department of the Veteran Affairs are *ALL* under the Executive Branch of Government. All of the above departments are under the Executive Branch--which raises quite a few questions about the balance of powers between the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative branches of government.

How can this be? There is no balance of power under a declared state of emergency. And we've been living under a declared state of emergency ever since the Civil War began, and have been living under a declared state of martial law ever since the Reconstruction Act.

This overthrow of the Constitution occurred long before the War Powers Act, and if we are going back in history to find our roots of legality -- and if we stop our search when we reach the War Powers Act -- we are NOT going to succeed in this venture.

Where is the separation of powers if the Department of Justice is under the Executive branch? Shouldn't it be part of the Judiciary?

The answer, of course, is yes; but it's not. Again, just check Section 101 of Title 5 of the United States Code. There is no Judiciary!

If only Congress has the power to regulate Commerce, under Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution, why are the Department of Commerce and the Department of Transportation under the Executive branch and not under the Legislative branch? And if only the Congress has the power to coin money, according to the Constitution, why is the Department of Treasury under the Executive branch?

The Commerce Department (from Title 5): "...part of the Executive branch of federal government, headed by a Cabinet member, the Secretary of Commerce, which is concerned with promoting domestic and international business and commerce."

To further illustrate the take-over by the Executive branch of government via martial law rule, the following offices, bureaus, divisions, and organizations are under the Department of Justice. And remember, the Department of Justice is under the Executive branch -- NOT under the judicial branch.

In my opinion: if the matter of the repeal of the Reconstruction Act and the old H.R. 1328 are not addressed, we will remain in a state of declared martial law. But few people do any research anymore, and even fewer read the results of research done by others.

Yes, we are already, and have been all our lives, living under declared martial law. The source of this law is from 1875.

SECTION REFERRED TO IN OTHER SECTIONS This section is referred to in section 118a of this title.

Statutes Relating to Commissions, Appointments, etc. Sections in this file relate to required commissions, oaths, etc., for officers and employees of United States government and the government of the District of Columbia.

All sections have been pasted directly from the 1996 CD-ROM edition of the United States Code produced and distributed by the Government Printing Office. Notes in Italics that follow the sections list regulations for each section listed in the Parallel Table of Authorities and Rules. It is significant that the Seal of the United States is no longer affixed to commissions of judicial officers appointed by the President with advice and consent of the Senate; commissions are filed with the Department of Justice under the D.O.J. seal, which is an executive seal.

This is suggestive that there are no longer any Article III [constitutional] judges in the United States. - CITE- 4 USC Sec. 41 01/16/96 HERE’S

The Insurrection Act (enacted in 1807) delegates authority to the President to federalize and deploy the National Guard domestically during an insurrection or civil disturbance (10 U.S.C. Sections 331-335).

Section 331 authorizes the President to use federal military forces to suppress an insurrection at the request of a state government.

Section 332 authorizes the President to use armed forces in such manner as he deems necessary to enforce the laws or suppress a rebellion.

Section 333 authorizes the President to use federal military forces to protect individuals from unlawful actions that obstruct the execution of federal laws or which impede the course of justice under federal laws.

Section 333 was enacted to implement the Fourteenth Amendment and does not require the request or consent of the governor of the affected state.

[NOTE BY EDITOR - Corrupted section being investigated;  The current DC UNITED STATES is a product of the Act of 1871 exposed on this site. It had NO LAWFULL RIGHT to claim any prior instruments of the organic government for it has no chain of title to the original fourt organic acts that founded this nation.  It is merely operating "as if" it were the national government.

The thing about fraud is it vitiates ever unlawful act.
